Thorold Today, Pelham Today and the NOTL Local reported on volunteers that came together on December 5 at CAA’s Thorold location to support Toolbox Project Niagara and put together care packages for people experiencing homelessness.
The article highlights volunteer Cameron Varga, an NC Police Foundations student, who has actively volunteered since he was in high school in St. Catharines.
Varga is quoted in the article: “Helping out everyone, it just makes me feel better…It’s so needed in this day and age…You see all the homeless people, and at Christmas time, you just feel bad for them.”
