On December 4, the NOTL Local, Thorold Today and Pelham Today shared NC’s release announcing that Niagara College’s Brewmaster and Brewery Operations Management students are hosting Project Brew: Summer Down Under which will be held on December 6 at the Daniel J. Patterson Campus in Niagara-on-the-Lake (courtyard).
The article highlights that the outdoor ticketed event is a rite of passage for final term students in NC’s leading-edge Brewmaster program and an opportunity to showcase the students’ own ‘Project Brew’ beers – recipes they create and brew – and take on various roles to plan and host the craft beer festival.
