Thorold Today, Pelham Today and the NOTL Local shared NC’s release announcing that the College will shine a spotlight on more than 2,000 new graduates and a community leader dedicated to promoting the skilled trades at its upcoming Fall Convocation ceremonies, held over two days Oct. 24-25 at the Welland Campus.
