The three Niagara dailies (St. Catharines Standard, Niagara Falls Review and Welland Tribune) shared NC’s release announcing that Eric Martinez, executive chef with the largest Marriott in the world (Orlando World Center Marriott), will join NC’s Signature Chef Series with a Louisiana-style menu at the College’s Daniel J. Patterson Campus in Niagara-on-the-Lake, on October 5.
