CBC.ca and ICI Radio-Canada published an article on fall gardening, featuring insights from NC Horticulture and Environmental professor Paul Zammit. In the article, Zammit emphasized the importance of providing plants with extra water during the fall months to ensure their protection throughout the winter.
“It is concerning how dry it is,” Zammit told CBC Radio’s Ontario Morning. “Be very careful with plants around foundational evergreens.”
