North Coast Times Jamaica: NC representatives visit The Moneague College

On September 24, High Commissioner to Jamaica Mark Berman, officers of the High Commission, and representatives from universities and colleges supporting a Canada-sponsored programme visited the college. The visit aimed to highlight the Skills to Access the Green Economy (SAGE) programme, sponsored by the Government of Canada.

In his welcoming remarks, Howard Isaacs, Principal of The Moneague College, noted that Niagara College and College of the North Atlantic have played significant roles in the programme at The Moneague College.

The article also features comments from Professor in NC’s School of Business & Management, Monique Finley. In an interview with the North Coast Times following a tour of the farm, Finley expressed her admiration for the college’s agro-processing programme, particularly the integration of various elements to enhance food security.
