Giant FM shared the announcement that Niagara College helped launch the Canadian Craft Brewery Quality Program. Funded with nearly $1.8 million from the Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council of Canada, the program provides breweries with customizable tools like gap assessments, quality guidelines, and standard operating procedures.
