NC Libraries and Learning Commons is pleased to welcome two new Learning Centre Coordinators to the team.
Tolkin Yunusov is the new Learning Centre Coordinator at the Welland Campus. With more than 15 years’ experience in post-secondary education, he is passionate about promoting student success through high-quality programs and services. Tolkin will be dedicated to developing and coordinating learning resource, ensuring that all students are aware of, and can benefit from, these valuable opportunities.
Qasim Alibhai is joining the team at the Daniel J. Patterson Campus in Niagara-on-the-Lake as the new Learning Centre Coordinator. Qasim holds a Bachelor of Environmental studies degree in Urban Planning, a Master of Education Degree in Curriculum Studies and certificates in TESOL, supplementary instruction and e-Learning. Since 2010 Qasim has worked as faculty (English/ESL professor) and support-staff (Learning Centre advisor and coordinator) at post-secondary institution in Toronto.
