After a distinguished career in education, Holly Catalfamo, Ed.D., is retiring from her role as Senior Director, Global Education and Training on September 30, 2024.
Holly has been instrumental in shaping the College’s global education initiatives. Her leadership and vision have not only expanded the College’s global reach but also enriched the educational experiences of countless students and staff. Holly’s contributions include leading global development initiatives, developing customized training programs, establishing global partnerships, and leading many successful projects that have brought international recognition to Niagara College.
As a faculty member, Coordinator, and Associate Dean in the School of Business & Management, Holly led the Human Resources (HR) programs with her colleagues, developing a community of HR leaders within Niagara and across the globe.
Holly has been a trusted mentor, leader, and advocate for postsecondary education. Her work has left an indelible mark on our community and she will be greatly missed by all who had the privilege of working with her.
