On August 21 the three Niagara dailies (Niagara Falls Review, St. Catharines Standard and Welland Tribune) reported on the 14th annual School of Cool event that welcomes more than 300 winemakers, sommeliers, wine experts and educators gathered to share, learn and compare their knowledge of chardonnay wines as a part of the annual International Cool Climate Chardonnay Celebration.
Peter Rod, NC Professor and Wine Educator led a panel discussion on sparkling wines at the event.
