Join us for an exciting exploration of flavours at Niagara College’s Global Food Tour Reception! Indulge in a culinary journey that spans across the globe, on campus and within our state-of-the-art culinary lab.

Immerse yourself in the tantalizing dishes expertly prepared by our talented Culinary Students. This exciting reception provides a unique opportunity for our students to showcase their culinary and hospitality skills as they craft dishes right before your eyes. With 12 food stations, each representing a different culture, you’ll experience a vibrant tapestry of international cuisine.

Indulge in an array of flavours from diverse cultures, including Indigenous cuisine, as well as dishes from Central, South, and North America, Japan, India, the Middle East, and Europe.
