On July 30, Steph Vivier from CKTB interviewed Steve Gill, General Manager of NC’s Learning Enterprise Corporation.
Gill discusses how the College’s learning enterprises, open year-round, help students learn and provide great products to the community. Gill touches on the different learning enterprises including the Teaching Winery, Teaching Brewery and Teaching Distillery, as well as the recent awards each of these learning enterprises has recently won at national and local competitions.
Discussing the hands-on learning experience NC provides, Gill said, “we’re a big believer of applied learning, and students need to…understand its not all romance and that there is hard work involved, and it works really well for us.
