Giant FM announced that on July 23, partner organizations and members of local government gathered for a ribbon-cutting for a new Aligner Hut on Martindale Pond for the 2024 World Rowing Championships in St. Catharines.
The hut, which is be used as a starting line for races, was built by students and faculty from Niagara College’s Carpentry and Renovation Technician program, while all materials were donated by the Niagara Home Builders Association.
