On June 29, CBC released an article highlighting bars in the Waterloo region that offer non-alcoholic beverage options.
The article features Canada’s first non-alcoholic gin, Søbrii 0-Gin, produced by DistillX Beverages Inc. and mentions that the product was developed over the course of a year, involving extensive trial and error, in collaboration with Niagara College’s Research and Innovation Division.
