The Niagara Independent reported on a new children’s book from the City of Welland called Wonders of Welland. The book is written by Welland Chief Engagement Officer Marc MacDonald and the story follows a child whose family moves to the city when his mom starts a job at Niagara College’s Welland Campus.
In the article, MacDonald is quoted expressing gratitude to several community partners, including Niagara College, for their support in creating the book and helping families and children feel more at home after relocating to the Welland community.
