Niagara College employees are invited to attend a Global Learning Lounge on June 17 from 1:30 to 2:30 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time (EDT), facilitated by NC’s International Division in partnership with the Centre for Organizational Excellence (COE). During this online Zoom session, you will gain valuable insights into developing a personal learning plan.

- Explore the concept of a personal learning plan and how it can be a tool for personal and professional development;
- Learn the steps to create an effective personal learning plan;
- Apply a step-by- step process to create a personal learning plan including reflection questions that will allow you to adapt your plan to new learning opportunities; and
- Walk away with your personal learning plan well underway.
Registration is not required. NC employees can join the session using the Zoom link posted to the employee portal (MyNC portal under ‘Staff Announcements’). The Zoom link will also be shared via campus notice email.
