Learning Opportunities offered through Equity, Diversity and Inclusion
Intro to EDI: This four-part learning series will provide you with a foundational understanding of equity, diversity, and inclusion that will support you in identifying how you can contribute to this work in your role at NC.
- Module 1-Introduction to Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion – Tuesday, Oct 15, 10:00am-11:30am
- Module 2-Microaggressions: Intent vs. Impact – Tuesday, Oct 29, 10:00am-11:30am

Intro to Anti-Racism: this session will define and highlight the importance of anti-racism, distinguish between non-racism and anti-racism, and identify ways participants can practice anti-racism. Through reflection and discussion, participants will consider connections between their work at the college and anti-racism and identify ways they can practice anti-racism in their role at NC.
