May 30 marked Niagara College’s annual Support Team Recognition Day, a day which celebrated Support Staff excellence, underscored support and resources for employees, and fostered team-building.
The day was held at Club Roma where staff attended various morning break-out sessions on topics like Emotional Intelligence, Building Resilience, Gratitude and Supports available at NC.
In the afternoon, staff had the chance to engage with their colleagues in team-building activities of their choice, including yoga, bocce ball, tree planting, hiking, and more.
Several lucky raffle winners took home prizes like themed gift baskets and gift cards to the NC Teaching Spa, Teaching Greenhouse, and NCSAC eateries.
