June hosts a number of heritage months: Filipino Heritage Month, Italian Heritage Month, and Portuguese Heritage Month. Learn more about the heritage months acknowledged during this time below.

Filipino Heritage Month

This month gives us the opportunity to celebrate Filipino culture, traditions, languages as well as the many contributions this community has made to Canada.

As one of the largest and fasting-growing diasporas in Canada, Filipino Canadians have continuously made significant contributions economically, politically, and culturally across the country.

In June and beyond, join us in celebrating this community’s rich heritage and culture.
