An article in Food Service and Hospitality released on May 29 mentioned a partnership between Stratus Vineyards and environmental students at Niagara College to undertake a Life Cycle Assessment of glass wine bottles. The assessment was part of an initiative by Status Vineyards to bring a higher level of environmental responsibility to the wine industry.
