Experience the flavours of NC’s School of Culinary Arts with an exciting lineup of culinary events this term. Taste delicious dishes prepared by Culinary Management students and savour the opportunity to see their skills in action.

Culinary Pop-ups

Taste and take home unique culinary creations crafted by NC Culinary students, available for purchase at upcoming pop-up culinary events. Join us every Thursday and Friday from May 9 through June 7 to enjoy these exclusive offerings.

  • Plant-based pop-up: May 9 & 10 @ Benchmark Dining Hall from 11:45 a.m. until supplies last
  • Food Truck pop-up: May 16 & 17 @ Benchmark Dining Hall from 11:45 a.m. until supplies last
  • Chicken pop-up: May 23 & 24 @ Benchmark Dining Hall from 11:45 a.m. until supplies last
  • Pork pop-up: May 30 & 31 @ Benchmark Dining Hall from 11:45 a.m. until supplies last
  • Fish pop-up: June 6 & 7 @ Benchmark Dining Hall from 11:45 a.m. until supplies last

In-Lab Receptions

Join our Culinary students in their lab as they create a one-of-a-kind dining experience. Under the guidance of our esteemed Chef Professors, CULN 1340 students will proudly present their craft and culinary creations.

Guests will have the opportunity to experience Culinary students in action as they prepare small-bite dishes and educate attendees on the process to prepare and perfect each dish.

Tickets are $25+tax for an all-you-can-eat dining experience. Indulge in your favourite dish or try them all!
