Greenhouse Canada: NC’s innovative approach to addressing aphids in cannabis production

On September 11, Greenhouse Canada released an article written by Scott Golem, Research Lead at NC’s Horticultural & Environmental Sciences Innovation Centre, about the College’s innovative approach to addrssing aphids – a challenge in the cannabis industry.

The article highlights that the Horticultural & Environmental Sciences Innovation Centre (HESIC) at Niagara College (NC) has recently launched collaborative research efforts with leading industry partners, Koppert Canada Limited, and BioWorks Inc., to address the issue.

The article also expands on two studies conducted by HESIC and its industry partners, in which both, bolstered by the collaborative culture of HESIC and its industry partners, exemplify the Centre’s commitment to combining innovation, education, and industry relevance.
