On August 11, NC alumnus Luke Baulk (Horticulture Technician [Co-op], 2023) was featured in an article published in the three dailies (the St. Catharines Standard, Welland Tribune and Niagara Falls Review) about the United Way Niagara Garden Hub.
The hub is one of 75 community gardens run by 50 organizations across Niagara, including Niagara College. The food grown at the Daniel J. Patterson campus is sold at pop-up markets throughout the region.
