A July 19 article in Yahoo! News Canada, the Canadian Press and The Penticton Herald released an article on the how Niagara College is tackling the oak wilt found on its Niagara-on-the-Lake Campus with education, transparency and staying ahead of the game.

Evan DiValentino, Associate Dean NC’s School of Environment and Horticulture is quoted in the article: “Our 125-acre campus here in Niagara-on-the-Lake is a prized jewel for us, but also a really important playground, if you will, a living lab for students, faculty and staff.”
