A reminder that the nomination period is open for the by-election of an Administrative Staff Representative to the Niagara College Board of Governors.

Following Hafsah Shaikh’s departure from the College, Niagara College must elect one Administrative Staff Representative to the Board of Governors for the following term: September 1, 2023 to August 31, 2025.

The Election Notice and Call for Nominations, along with the nomination form, election schedule, and information resources is available on the Board of Governors Election website.

Nomination forms will be accepted electronically until 4 p.m. on Tuesday, July 11.

Should more than one eligible candidate be nominated, campaigning will begin on Wednesday, July 12 and an online election would take place from Monday, July 17 to Wednesday, July 19.
