A June 9 article in the Niagara-on-the-Lake Local reported on the Niagara Geopark Trails Summit recently hosted at the Daniel J. Patterson Campus for a day-long event designed to get everyone on the same page when it comes to the upcoming application to designate the region as a UNESCO Geopark.
President Sean Kennedy is quoted in the article: “Today is an example of what’s possible. When the private sector, the public sector, educational organizations and governments all come together to dream about what’s possible if we all work together.”
