COE staffing announcement: Jill Cook & Sarah Towle are NC’s new Organizational Development and Learning (ODL) Coordinators

A message from Julie Stitt, Director, Centre for Organizational Excellence:

We are delighted to share that Jill Cook and Sarah Towle have joined the Centre for Organizational Excellence (COE) as our new Organizational Development and Learning (ODL) Coordinators.

Jill has joined us from Enrolment Services where has been supporting the apprenticeship programs. She has almost a decade’s worth of work experience in a variety of roles in higher education including learning and development positions at both Seneca and Durham Colleges. In addition to holding a diploma in Business Administration, Human Resources, from Durham, she recently completed a Graduate Certificate in Project Management at Centennial. Jill was also a student governor during her time at Durham.

Sarah joins us from St. Joseph’s Healthcare in Hamilton where she has spent the last ten years in their organizational development and learning team. In addition to working on survey management, EDI, talent management, and policy development, she has also facilitated programs and managed their LMS. In addition to holding a Bachelor of Commerce, HR Management from the University of Ottawa, she has also completed an HR Certificate at Mohawk College and is a Certificate Human Resources Professional (CHRP).

They both bring years of experience and a strong commitment to employee learning and organizational development which will be a great asset to their new roles at NC.
