Two online blogs Foodgressing and My VanCity announced that Niagara Parks is welcoming two new chefs, NC alumni Matthew Hemmingsen (Culinary Management Diploma, 2003) and Matthew Krupa (Culinary Management – Co-op Diploma, 2009, Cook II Apprenticeship – Basic, CNED Certificate of Achievement, 2009 and Cook II Apprenticeship – Advanced, CNED Certificate of Achievement, 2010).
The recently renovated Table Rock House Restaurant, welcomes new Chef Matthew Krupa, following the retirement of long-time Niagara Parks Chef Elbert Wiersema.
At Queen Victoria Place Restaurant, Chef Matthew Hemmingsen has unveiled a fresh new locally sourced menu, just in time for the season-opening of the restaurant.
