Jeff Murrell, NC’s Associate Dean of the School of Trades, joined CKTB on May 15 to discuss how faculty and students in NC’s School of Trades helped design and craft a set of replica doors on the front of the Carnegie building – home to the former library built in 1923 – in honour of its 100th anniversary.
Murrell discussed how the project allowed students to practice hands on learning and gain real world experience while studying at NC.
