On April 26, Peter “Dutch” VandenBerg was a guest on CKTB radio to speak about his recent accolades including a gold Leadership Excellence Award for Faculty from Colleges and Institutes Canada (CICan) and an Outstanding Educator Award at the silver level from the World Federation of Colleges and Polytechnics (WFCP).
During the interview, VandenBerg shares how he helped provide students with an enriching, hands-on learning experience through a partnership with the Canada Games and elaborates on why he believes his responsibility as an educator is to provide students with experiences that will help them better transition into the workforce.
