On April 21 the Brewer’s Journal reported on NC’s Project Brew competition event themed “Hops by The Docks,” which drew in 400 guests and featured 11 varieties of beers.
The article notes that the brews were designed and brewed by final-term Brewmaster students, and that all proceeds from Project Brew benefit the Matt Soos Memorial Scholarship, in memory of NC alumnus Matt Soos.
