In an April 13 article in The Hamilton Spectator on sustainable wine, NC’s Teaching Winery is mentioned as a Sustainable Winemaking Ontario Certified winery.
The article notes that NC’s Teaching Winery is Canada’s first commercial teaching winery located at the DJP Campus that produces some award-winning wines.
