On April 12, NC’s Workplace Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion Manager, Samah Sabra joined CKTB to discuss NC’s recently launched EDI plan.
During the interview, Samah discussed how the plan aims to make NC campuses an inclusive space through a variety of elements such as washroom accessibility, having an EDI Coordinating Council to ensure the College is upholding inclusivity, updating rainbow crosswalks on campus to have visible signs of inclusivity on campus, etc.
