A February 16 article in Business and Marketing News reported on Chef Professor Michael Olson and his wife Chef Anna Olson visiting Mexico to speak to potential student candidates for NC.
The chef couple informed students and their families about the subject of the training so that after one to three years, they will have the possibility of obtaining a special permit to reside and work in that country for approximately, the same number of years invested in education.
Chef Michael Olson is quoted in the article: “We are looking for those people who want to be trained, since well-prepared professionals are needed in the tourism industry, especially the food and beverage industry, where young Mexicans have a lot to contribute with their talent,” said Michael Olson, chef and trainer of generations of chefs in Canada.”
