A February 28 article in the Hamilton Spectator reported on a new Ancaster brewery, Barrel Heart Brewing and Blending, opened by Brewmaster and Brewery Operations Management professor, Mark Horsley.
The article mentions that Horsley has developed several award-winning IPAs and stouts and uses seasonal fruits locally sourced from the Niagara Region to create many of his impactful beers at the brewery.
