A February 1 article in the Niagara-on-the-lake-Local and Thorold Today reported on the tragic loss of NC alumnus, Daniel Tong. Tong graduated from NC’s Culinary Management Co-op Diploma program in 2012 and was the beloved chef at Ruffino’s restaurant in Niagara-on-the-Lake.
