A January 30 article in the Toronto Star, Hamilton Spectator, The Record and the three Niagara dailies (St. Catharines Standard, Welland Tribune and Niagara Falls Review) announced the return of NC’s Caps, Corks and Forks events where wine and beer students will make their case for 200 dinner and beer guests on Feb. 4. The article highlights that celebrity Chef Michael Smith will be the event’s Master of Ceremonies.
Dean of NC’s Culinary, Tourism and Beverage Studies division , Craig Youdale, is also quoted in the article: “It gives our guests a taste of the world-class education we offer at NC (Niagara College) and the passion that our students are developing in their industries.”
