YourTV Niagara producer Mark Wikabrado and host Mike Balsom got a taste of what was cooking at the College on November 25. They visited the Benchmark kitchen as a culinary pop-up was well underway, and spoke to Dean Craig Youdale, Chef Professor Scott Baechler and Culinary Management student Dollar Thakar.
The segment debuted on The Source on November 29, and was scheduled to air on November 30 (every half hour from 6 a.m. to 9 a.m., and 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.), as well as on December 1 (every half hour from 6 a.m. to 9 a.m.).
