CHCH News zoomed in on Niagara College’s Teaching Brewery and its gold-medal winning brews from the Canada Beer Cup during its evening news program on November 9.
The segment, from CHCH Reporter Matt Ingram, featured NC Brewmaster Professor Jon Downing as well as two third-term Brewmaster and Brewery Operations Management students Nate Perreault and Ellie Riches.
Ingram visited the Teaching Brewery earlier in the day on November 9 to conduct the interviews and get a taste of the award-winning brews from the Canada Beer Cup.
