The College is conducting a survey as part of a comprehensive review of our Learning Management System (LMS). To select an LMS that best meets Niagara College’s needs, we are now gathering input from, faculty, staff and students on the functions and qualities that are necessary and important in our future LMS.
Some NC students have been randomly selected to receive a unique survey link by email. Students can also complete the survey via the “Get Involved” page on our website: niagaracollege.ca/lmsreview/involved.
Faculty and staff will receive an invitation by email from Planning and Institutional Research (PaIR) to complete the survey. The survey can also be accessed via the “Get Involved” page on our website: niagaracollege.ca/lmsreview/involved.
The survey should take 10 to 15 minutes, and it will be open until October 14.
All individuals who complete the survey by October 14 will be entered into a prize draw. Students who complete the survey are eligible to win one of (2) gift cards worth $250 and (3) worth $100. Staff and faculty are eligible to win one of (3) gift cards worth $100. Winners can select from a group of vendors including Amazon, Walmart, Apple, and BestBuy.
We know that the NC community relies on our current LMS, Blackboard Learn Original, and your input will help us choose the system that will support the future of teaching and learning at NC. We hope you will share your feedback and encourage others to do the same.
