As announced on August 31, Niagara College will begin community consultations as part of a comprehensive review of our Learning Management System (LMS).
While our current LMS, Blackboard, is an essential tool for learning and communication, we would benefit from a more modern system to support the innovative and applied education for which NC is so well known. As we begin this review, we are excited to connect with students, faculty and staff to share our plans and answer your questions.
Please register to join us at our virtual LMS Town Hall on September 26 at 1:30 p.m. to learn about how the new LMS will shape the future of learning at NC.
During the Town Hall, NC representatives and consultants from Mindwires, will answer questions like:
- Why is NC conducting an LMS review?
- What are the timelines for the LMS review and selection?
- Who is coordinating the review process?
- How can you get involved and offer your input?
All members of the NC community are invited to register here.

A recording of the Town Hall will be made available to those who cannot attend the live session.
