Education News: College’s Baking prof inducted into Canadian Culinary Federation Honour Society

On July 14, Education News Canada shared NC’s release announcing that Baking and Pastry Arts Professor and Program Coordinator Catherine O’Donnell has been inducted into the Canadian Culinary Federation Honour Society during the Culinary Federation’s national conference in Saskatoon on June 15.

O’Donnell, one of just five Canadian chefs inducted into the exclusive group and the only female chef to receive the honour this year, joins NC’s CFWI Dean Craig Youdale, who was inducted in 2019.
