NC Baking and Pastry Arts Program Coordinator Catherine O’Donnell has been inducted into the Canadian Culinary Federation Honour Society and InNiagara shared the news on July 13.
O’Donnell, who is the owner of Willow Cakes and Pastries in Niagara-on-the-Lake, was one of only five Canadian chefs inducted into the exclusive group in Saskatoon on June 15. She was also the only female chef honoured with the recognition this year.
