An article in the three Niagara Dailies and The Peterborough Examiner mentions NC’s student-athletes who earned Canadian Collegiate Athletic Association Academic All-Canadian honours for the 2021-22 varsity athletics season.
Knights curlers Melissa Borowski, Kyle Henry, Emma Hill and Nathan Lohnes received a nod, while Knights women’s soccer players Natasha Desjardins, Ashley Altamirano, Alyssa Arcand, McKenna Jackson and Sydney Sica were also mentioned. Desjardins represented the Knights on both the women’s soccer and volleyball teams for the 2021-22 season.
