On June 16, The Niagara-on-the-Lake Local wrote an article on Les Marmitons of Niagara, “a gastronomic and social club of gentlemen, all with a common interest in fine food, wine and the culinary arts.” The article notes Les Marmitons’ connection to NC, hosting their monthly cooking sessions at NC’s hospitality, culinary, wine and brewery facilities in the past and supporting NC students through bursaries and scholarships.
