101.1 More FM posted an article on May 4 about NC’s plans to mark Red Dress Day on May 5, which is a National Day of Awareness for Missing & Murdered Indigenous Women, Girls & Two-Spirit people. To honour victims and survivors of colonial violence, red dresses will be on display at the main entrances of both NC campuses. A community walk is also planned in honour of the day.
