An April 19 article posted by 101.1 More FM highlights the provincial government’s $1.2 million investment in skilled trades training through a partnership with NC’s School of Trades and the Niagara Homebuilders Association. With the funding, NC and the NHBA will train 80 unemployed or underemployed individuals for careers as roofing and drywall installers to help address a shortage in the construction industry.
