YourTV Niagara featured a segment on the Spring 2022 edition of Project Brew, NC Teaching Brewery’s student-run beer festival.

The segment includes interviews with NC’s April Tyrell, Academic Business Manager and faculty lead for Project Brew, Brewmaster Professor Jon Downing and three Brewmaster and Brewery Operations Management students, who created unique craft beers for the event as part of their final term projects.

Rama Sriharsha spoke about his ‘It’s 9 AM Somewhere’ craft beer, a Session Witbier with White Peony tea that is light enough to serve in the morning over brunch. Angela McCallum explained the inspiration behind her ‘Le Gainsbourg,’ a barrel-aged Amber Biere de Garde, while Madison Phanthavong highlighted his ‘Walking the Tiger’ beer, which he created as a White Stout with a distinct golden colour.
