On March 26, Niagara College opened its doors to prospective students and their families for on-campus Spring Open House at both the Welland Campus and Daniel J. Patterson Campus in Niagara-on-the-Lake. It was the first time in over two years that the College was able to welcome guests in-person for the event and the NC spirit was on full display.
The well-attended event was a college-wide effort to showcase the best of NC. All areas were represented with booths at Academic and Student Services fairs, where visitors attended School of Study information sessions to learn about programs directly from faculty and current students, and met with college staff to explore student supports and college life at NC.
Visitors also received campus tours and experienced the ‘NC difference’ first-hand through live demonstrations from several program areas. Culinary treats were prepared on-the-spot by the CFWI, welding and automotive demonstrations were offered from the School of Trades and current students from the School of Media demonstrated video production in action, just to name a few.
Rolling out the red carpet today, for you! Open House is officially underway at both campuses today from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. We hope to see you here! t.co/9B0Q8nniIj pic.twitter.com/4ilOg5rUG3
