A message from Orel Ruiz, Manager of Global Campus Operations:
Please join me in welcoming Becky Sciliberto to her new role as Project Manager of Compliance and Reporting within NC’s Global Campus Operations department and supporting the broader Global Engagement (GE) division. Becky begins her role with GE on April 4.
Becky has demonstrated leadership in the area of finance and contract management throughout her 11-year tenure at NC, having held several roles, including Finance Assistant, General Accountant, Student Financials Accountant, International Finance Officer, and most recently, International Finance Coordinator.
On September 1, 2021, Becky also commenced her term as the elected Support Staff representative on the Niagara College Board of Governors.
Becky holds an advanced NC diploma in Business Administration – Accounting and is currently completing a bachelor’s degree in International Commerce and Global Development at NC.
As the Project Manager, Compliance and Reporting, Becky will be responsible for managing the procurement and approvals workflow of current and new global projects and programs delivered through Niagara College’s Global Engagement division. The project manager also acts as a dedicated divisional consultant with responsibility over the development of tools and processes that support contract negotiation and reporting, finances and operations, business development, project monitoring and evaluation, as well as divisional technical assistance.
